Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out how Perceived business environment and Organizational commitment influence on Emotional self-sufficiency and Attitude to the work that can be viewed as a Self-support performance and the path between these variables. Also, It is intended to verify what differences of effect relationship are occurred depending on the self-support program. In order to proceed, we used survey data targeting Participants under Local Self-support Center located in Dae-gu province. Main results of the analysis were as follows. First, the Perceived business environment affects positively and significantly on the Organizational commitment and Emotional self-sufficiency but did not affect on the Attitude to the work, In addition, Organizational commitment that is a mediating variable affects on the Attitude to the work but did not affect on the Emotional self-sufficiency. This shows that Organizational commitment doesn¡¯t have direct correlation with self-sufficiency in reference to the individual change. In this study, it was found that there are partial difference between groups according to the type of Self-support program. finally, based on the results of this study, we present the practical implications and discussion for current self-support program.
